1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Semantic API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Semantic API provides an AI-powered interface that allows you to interact with third-party APIs using natural language. We act as an intermediary, translating your requests into API calls on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
5. Third-Party Services
Your Responsibility: When you connect third-party services (Slack, GitHub, Gmail, etc.), you are responsible for complying with their terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.
You authorize us to access these services on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the provider in your dashboard.
6. API Usage & Rate Limits
Usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:
- Free: 100 requests/day, 10 requests/minute
- Pro: 5,000 requests/day, 60 requests/minute
- Enterprise: Custom limits
Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
7. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Pagosa Tech Solutions, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semantic API and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Semantic API from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
